Ordering & Shipping
- Browse our site, by either selecting product category on the left.
- If you like, create your profile by selecting LOG IN button on the top of the page. You can skip this step until you are ready to make a purchase.
- Add the products you like to purchase to the cart, by clicking [Buy Now] or [Add to Cart]button.
- To have a quick look to the cart see on the left side of the page. Or to have a full view of your cart click on the cart link in the top right corner of any page.
- Click [Shipping Calculator] to get a shipping quote.
- On the cart form you can change the quantity of the product, or remove products.
- Click [Go To Checkout] button when you are ready to complete the order.
- On the checkout form you can either register/log-in to your account, or proceed as a guest by selecting [Quick Checkout].
- You will see the total amount you will be charged before you complete your order. There never be any additional charges for your order.
- You will be forwarded to secure PayPal page to complete the payment.
- We always reserve the right to change the shiping method.
- We use PayPal to process the payment. You do not need to have paypal account to make a purchase on this site.
- We also accept phone and txt orders. If you want to use your VISA, MasterCard, and AMEX cards you will be provided with the online reciept where you can pay through your credit or debti.
- Canadian Cheques and Money orders are accepted. We will wait 7 business days for the cheque to clear before processing your order.
- We also accept payments through Money Gram, Western Union, Bank Wire Transfer. Please contact us for further information after or before placing an order.
- Shipping charge and estimated delivery date is calculated at the time of purchase.
- Paid orders will be shipped by Canada Post expedited parcel, or Purolator from Toronto, Ontario. Orders ships to major cities of Canada takes approximatlely 1-4 business days. Parcels shipped to smaller towns and rural areas can take 7 to 10 business days.
- For international orders the best estimated time you will get at the checkout page.
- You can get the shipping rate and estimated delivery time by clicking [Shipping Calculator] link on the page header, or from the shopping cart.
- All orders will be shipped insured.
- We will provide you the tracking number.
- Depending on your address type and order amount, we may require a signature on delivery.
- Shipping rates start from 6.85$ and depend on method of delivery, size and weight of the parcel and your location.
- We reserve the right to change the delivery method if the one selected is not practical. In this case we will consult the customer and issue a refund for shipping and/or order if applicable.
Orders with the incomplete/wrong shipping address
- Please take extra care when completing your shipping address. Canada Post and Purolator charge full shipping rate for returned parcels. There is also a charge to re-send the package. We will pass these charges to the customer, unless the address was wrong due to the error on our side. We will re-send the parcel after receiving the payment, or issue a refund for the amount of order minus ALL shipping charges incurred. Same policy applies to orders with free shipping.
- Orders sent and accepted at the wrong address due to the wrong address provided by customer - will not be refunded.
- Parcels not collected within 10 days after first delivery attempt will be delivered back to us. Canada Post charges full shipping rate for returned parcels. In such cases we will issue a refund for the order minus ALL shipping charges incurred. Same policy applies to orders with free shipping.
HST / GST / PST
- HST / GST / PST will be added to the order total based on your shipping address within Canada. No tax will be charge to the international orders. However, customer outside from Canada are responsible for the customs and excise duty for there country.

- Please use the Ask a Question page if you have any question or concern.
- Non-Shipped Orders: If you changed your mind about the order soon after you completed the payment, send us an email from the Ask a Question page. We will issue a full refund for the orders that have not been shipped.
- Non-Engine Returns: If you are not happy with the product you receive, return it to us within 15 days from the date of invoice for a replacement, refund, or merchandise credit, provided the product has been unused, is in its original packaging, and is otherwise in totally resalable condition.
- Engine Returns: Due to safety concerns we cannot accept the engines back from our customers.
- To return a product please use Ask a Question page and select returns. Please provide your email address and the telephone. We will send you the further instructions.
- Please note that we cannot refund the shipping amount and customer is responsible for any shipping charge incurred to return a product to us.
